2.      Keep the balance right – You need to keep the balance of your website right with the right colors. Only use a couple of colors. You might think using many different colors is neat but your readers will have a hard time reading what you have to say.

3.      Most websites use horizontal lines to separate different sections, which is fine, just don’t over use the lines and give them different thicknesses and colors.

4.      Make certain parts of your text stand out by making it larger than other parts of text, but don’t make it overly large and don’t use too many colors.
