Everyone has a different budget to live by.  Many people have the money to go ahead and invest in a new biz opp without worrying about the money they have spent.  Of course, if you have money to spend, you are probably not worrying about making extra money in the first place.  Those of us looking for extra money don’t usually have a budget set aside for looking for opportunities.  Something to remember though is that the more expensive the program you come across, the less work you have to do.  This works both ways.  So if you find one that is not expensive or, better yet, has no fee, you will have to work for your money, but there is money to be made.
