Would you like to lose a lot of weight without giving up every single tasty indulgence? You still get to eat yummy meats like bacon on the lowcarb atkins diet, so you might want to give that a try. If you’re worried about things like cholesterol and heart health, there are also alternatives that are still similar to the Atkins diet, such as the South Beach diet. One palatable example of a meal you might have on the South Beach diet is a tuna salad made with olive oil and plenty of lettuce. Of course, do know that the “bacon and eggs” part of the Atkins diet is only one level of the diet and you don’t eat that way all the time.
