I really like the idea of having my meals prepared and delivered to me so that I know what and how much to eat on my diet plan. I am just worried that they might not taste all that great, especially since they come frozen. Do the Bistro MD meals taste better than those packaged tv dinners you get at the grocery store? I have heard from friends that they are supposed to be pretty good, so I am thinking of giving this diet a try since they make things so easy. I rarely have a lot of time to cook so this is perfect.
