Caralluma - Perfect Diet Tool

Caralluma fimbriata is an appetite suppressant used in India.  It is also used as a portable food for hunting and to enhance endurance.  This is considered a famine food and is used during periods of famine to help suppress the appetite. The Caralluma plant is cooked as a vegetable and used in relishes and chutneys.  Sometimes it is eaten raw.  It is believed that it blocks the activity of enzymes that then block the formation of fat.  It forces your body to burn the fat reserves while helping to control the appetite mechanism in your brain.  Therefore, as a diet aid, it is almost the perfect tool!
