I have to give it to my father for setting an excellent example in balancing his duties and responsibilities as an office executive, active church member and, at the same time, being an awesome husband to my mother and father to us. He has to deal those responsibilities with keeping the tab of our house to keep it clean and well.  I have seen how meticulous my father in choosing the right materials for the household for instance. He won’t use any door device unless it is a von duprin exit device.  I think Dad knows the proper smarts to deal and choose the apt materials for the house.
