When you want to give each employee their own workspace but simply don’t have the floorspace to give everyone their own office one solution to your challenge is to put your employees in office cubicles that will give them a sense of privacy and also their own space to work, while being easily and economical to install. A downside of of using office cubicles is that while they do provide some privacy and a sense of being your employees own space, talking is easily overheard (like in the situations of phone conversations) and so the privacy these cubicles offer is not absolute.
