I am the IT manager for my company. That means I am the boss right? Well, sort of. Actually, in my company there is an IT Director. That really means that the buck does NOT stop here - but goes up one more step. Unfortunately, that means I need approval to hire a project management consultant for a large upcoming project. I need some Free Project Management Documents that explain how hiring a consultant will actually increase productivity and decrease the costs. Being the boss has its benefits - the director gets to approve my requests. All I have to do now is present my case.
