I am glad that our company’s benefits are competitive and even more better than other companies.  We have profit sharing, mid-year bonus, 13th month pay and Christmas bonus.  Our Company Insurance is also better than that of my friends.  We also have uniform allowance, medical dental and optical allowance and anniversary bonus.  Our salary is not that high, but still competitive enough.  And this month of May, we already are waiting for the mid-year bonus to be credited to our accounts.  Not to mention that our kids, up to three are still covered by our health card. What more could I ask for.
