For the past six months my business has been suffering as a result of the downturn in our economy. We are still making a profit, yet we may have to lay some workers off if things don’t turn around. That is the last thing we want to do as we have very low turn around. All of our employees have been with us five years or longer. Our plan is to hire microsoft business intelligence consultants to help us find new customers and improve our profit ratio. Hopefully this will help and we can keep our work family together. It would break my heart to lose anyone on our team.
